What does that mean exactly?

As the HTM School Leadership Resident, I had the amazing opportunity to work with Nikki Hinostro, the school Director, for a one year intensive graduate school program.  Through this program, I earned a Master's in Education while I worked side-by-side with Nikki and the HTM staff and teachers during the 2015-2016 school year.  In addition to working with the students each day, I had evening classes and I conducted an action research project at my site focused on using dialogue reading journals with English Language learners.
